Legal
Plain-language terms for using Line Command in your restaurant.
Line Command is kitchen operations software provided as a subscription. We may improve, change or retire individual features, and we will not remove something you depend on without notice inside the app.
One restaurant account holds the subscription. That account owner decides who joins the kitchen and what each role may do. You are responsible for who you approve, and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews monthly at the listed price. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal without part-month charges.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the period you have already paid for, and your data stays available to you during that period.
If a payment fails, kitchen hosting pauses immediately. Your stations, menus and history are kept and restored as soon as payment succeeds.
Do not use the service to break the law, to send abusive content to your team, or to attempt to access another restaurant's kitchen. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your menus, stations, messages and team records belong to you. We process them to run the service and never sell them.
We work hard to keep the service running through service hours, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
If we change these terms materially we will tell you in the app before the change applies to you.
