Billing, plainly
- What counts as a seat?
- One approved person on your team. Devices are unlimited and free — one cook can use the tablet, the pass screen and their phone on one seat.
- What happens after the trial?
- Your card is charged on day 15. Cancel before then and you are never billed.
- If I cancel?
- You keep everything through the period you already paid for. Nothing is deleted.
- If I change plan?
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next renewal — no partial charges mid-month.
- If a payment fails?
- The kitchen pauses right away and comes back the moment payment goes through.
